People were bringing little children to Jesus.

People were bringing little children to Jesus so He could bless them. But some of the disciples tried to send them away.

Jesus saw this and was not pleased.

He said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not stop them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.”

Then He took the children in His arms, placed His hands on them, and blessed them.
