A strong storm rises.

A strong storm rises while the boat is on the lake. The wind blows hard and the waves crash into the sides of the boat.

The disciples are frightened and call out for help.

Then Jesus stands up, stretches out His arms, and speaks to the wind and the sea: “Peace, be still.”

Immediately, the wind stops and the water becomes calm. The disciples are amazed and ask, “Who is this, that even the wind and the waves obey Him?”
